Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience in HVAC or skilled trades maintenance.
• 2+ years in people management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that is insurable.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and performance across geographical footprint with 3/5-year plans.
• Set growth strategy for the market and expand the footprint in the territory.
• Communicate a vision and culture to technicians and service managers.
• Implement safety procedures and conduct safety briefings.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive growth and manage large accounts.
