Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC or similar skilled trades with maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in people management.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and multi-year growth plan for the territory.
• Set growth strategy and expand footprint across Colorado.
• Lead technicians and service managers, ensuring safety and teamwork.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive growth and performance.
• Coach and develop the management team for sustained success.
