GTC, a 100% employee-owned commercial builder, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major Colorado Front Range projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive budgets, schedules, risk management, and client relationships, traveling to Colorado sites as needed.

The role demands 8+ years in commercial construction PM, with a track record of guiding teams, controlling costs, and delivering high-quality facilities for public and institutional clients. Colorado relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction PM experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of general contracting operations, scheduling, cost controls, and procurement.
• Experience mentoring project teams and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Set budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations; manage risk and profitability.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and subcontractor management.
• Maintain strong owner, municipal, and architect relationships and provide executive-level reporting.
