Job summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the role supports both retail and contractor customers and contributes to sales goals. Starting pay is $18/hour with typical store hours and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Proficient with computer and keyboard for orders and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and recommending products.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and orders.
• Mix, tint, and match paint according to specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints brands, products, and processes.
• Process orders and payments across phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve store targets.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders using company vehicle.
• Resolve concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Safely handle, stock, and organize products for fulfillment.
• Keep store clean, safe, and organized; support daily operations.
