Qualifications

• Education or foundational experience in color, photography or photo editing.
• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and color tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with retouchers to determine samples for color review.
• Order new merchandise samples for color matching and track them.
• Organize color review processes with internal partners and ensure proper returns.
• Support color review and asset gathering for audits and updates.
• Maintain PB Color Room and photo archive for quick reference.
• Assist in maintaining libraries of assets for background cloning needs.
• Ensure brand color guidelines are followed across assets.
