Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the Decorative Accessories Product Development Team for Pottery Barn Kids.

You will handle sample management, presentation materials, and vendor communications to keep design concepts moving on schedule. Responsibilities include maintaining boards and spreadsheets, coordinating with agents and vendors, and supporting the product development cycle and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Design degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency with MAC/PC and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with PLM or similar software; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Designers who design hard goods for Pottery Barn Kids.
• Coordinate samples and presentation materials; manage vendor communications.
• Maintain sample room, status reports, and seasonal product information.
• Prepare department for weekly meetings and manage new and past season samples.
• Resolve sample issues with agents and vendors and track development calendar.
