Job summary

Pottery Barn, part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., is seeking an Asset Production Assistant to join the Catalog Creative team at our brand headquarters in San Francisco, CA. You will process photography, build catalog layouts in InDesign, and finalize copy through proofs to deliver seasonal catalogs that are beautiful, on-brand, and easily shoppable.

The role requires a can-do attitude, flexibility, and ongoing communication with internal and external partners to support season launches and maintain

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field.
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign on Mac OS X; Photoshop and other Creative Suite helpful.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Airtable and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new production software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Build layouts in InDesign using brand templates for catalog spreads.
• Gather product and editorial copy from multiple sources for spreads.
• Download notes and photography and track assets in Airtable.
• Crop and organize images for pass off to Ecom team.
• Support proofing cycles with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy before print.
• Update seasonal brand asset presentations in Figma.
• Assist in creating seasonal brand asset presentations for executive review.
