Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Richmond, CA is seeking a meticulous Sample Coordinator to support Photo Producers and Photo Managers. The role coordinates merchandise for shoots, liaises with merchants, and coordinates with the warehouse to ensure samples are ready for production.

This onsite position emphasizes organization and proactive communication. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of coordinating across Merchants, Warehouse, and Photo teams to streamline

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in Photo Shoots preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Airtable, and Miro

Responsibilities

• Cross check sample information and track down issues to resolution
• Prepare sample info notes for Photo Manager
• Work closely with Warehouse Team to update sample orders and issues
• Partner with Merchants for sample coordination
• Spearhead meetings with Merchants for sample coordination and process improvements
• Support Photo Producers with studio projects
