Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sample Coordinator to organize, transport, and stage merchandise, props, and supplies for photoshoots. You will work closely with Producers to ensure items are ready, tracked, and safely handled across WS buildings, locations, and warehouses.

The role requires 2–4 years of related production assistant experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience working as production assistant on photoshoot sets.
• High school diploma required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license & satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to complete a driver training program and participate in DMV’s employer pull notice program.
• Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work with Producers daily to review what’s needed to execute photoshoots including ordering and organizing merchandise and props, prepping surfaces, equipment, and crafty items.
• Unpack and carefully re-pack photo samples safely for transit between photo teams, WS buildings, locations, and the warehouse.
• Unpack, check in, and test product before each shoot; save paperwork and alert Producers of any issues.
