Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist to drive color-related sales and deliver expert color & curl consultations in-store and virtually.

As the CCC/CCS, you will advise customers on color and care, maintain attractive merchandising, stay ahead of trends, and participate in education and certification programs to grow product knowledge and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• One year retail or other sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated store and market.
• Ability to travel to shows and/or sales meetings a minimum of 3 times a year.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read, interpret, and act on sales reporting.
• Working knowledge of POS applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, ipads, mobile devices and social media platforms.
• Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs.
• May be required to work in other stores and in field at times.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care related needs and offer professional advice and recommendations.
• Communicate upward and cross functionally regarding calls, visits, orders and status of sales progress.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising, store signage, and display techniques per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and adapt sales techniques to market changes.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and handle cash when needed.
• Adhere to company culture values and ethics.
