Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Color & Curl Concierge/CCS to drive color & curl sales, deliver expert color consultations, and educate customers in-store and virtually. The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, and cross-functional communication with vendors and associates.

Qualifications

• One year retail or other sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated store and market.
• Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings a minimum of 3 times a year.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read, interpret, and action on sales reporting.
• Working knowledge of POS applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, IPads, mobile devices and social media platforms.
• Flexible to work additional hours based on business needs.
• May be required to work in other stores and in the field.
• Strong time management and organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to present a professional image and interact positively with the public.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice.
• Communicate with team regarding calls, visits, orders, and sales progress.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely, appropriate manner.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising and store signage per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques to market conditions.
• Handle bank deposits and cash transactions as needed.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG Culture Values and ethics.
