Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice and recommendations.
• Communicate upward and cross functionally regarding calls, visits, orders, status of sales progress and assistance needed.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely, appropriate and effective manner.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising, store signage and displays per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques to competing market.
• Handle basic cash transactions and occasional bank deposits as needed.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG culture and ethics.
