Job summary
Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist to drive color-related sales and education. This role focuses on advising customers, educating on products, and maintaining inviting store displays while building brand awareness in a dynamic beauty environment.
Responsibilities include providing color/curl consultations, supporting merchandising, and collaborating with vendors.
Qualifications
- One year retail or other sales-focused experience.
- Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada.
- Reliable transportation to service designated store and market.
- Ability to travel to shows/meetings at least 3 times per year.
- Strong business acumen and sales reporting ability.
- Knowledge of POS applications and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice.
- Communicate status of sales progress and follow-up plans with customers and vendors.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain color and curl merchandising, signage, and displays per brand guidelines.
- Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques accordingly.
- Support opening/closing procedures and occasional bank/cash handling.
