Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC seeks a Color & Curl Concierge/CCS to lead color and curl expertise in-store and with professionals. You will diagnose color needs, advise product selections, and drive sales through education and personalized service.

You’ll build relationships, stay current on trends, and represent the brand with integrity across channels, including in-store events and virtual consultations.

Qualifications

• One year retail or sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist preferred in US/Canada.
• Reliable transport to service designated store and market.
• Ability to travel to shows/meetings at least 3 times a year.
• Strong business acumen and sales reporting insight.
• Knowledge of retail sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Proficient with POS applications.
• Comfort with computers, iPads, mobile devices and social media.
• Willing to work extra hours as needed.
• May work in other stores or field assignments.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Present professional image and communicate well.
• Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice.
• Communicate with team about calls, orders, and status of sales progress.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising and store signage as per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques accordingly.
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and cash handling as needed.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG culture values.
