Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Color & Curl Concierge/CCS to drive color & curl sales, provide expert color consultations, and deliver exceptional customer service in-store and virtually. You will educate customers and salons, maintain merchandising standards, and collaborate with teams to grow brand presence.

The role requires beauty industry knowledge, a cosmetology license is preferred, and the ability to travel for events.

Qualifications

• One year retail or other sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist preferred in US and Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated store and market.
• Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least 3 times a year.
• Strong knowledge of POS applications.
• Familiar with computers, tablets, and social media platforms.
• Flexible to work additional hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice and recommendations.
• Communicate upward and cross-functionally regarding calls, visits, orders, status of sales progress and assistance needs with customers, associates and vendors.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain color & curl merchandising, signage, and display techniques per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt selling techniques to the market.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG Culture Values and ethical standards.
