Responsibilities

Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice.
Communicate with team on calls, visits, orders, and status of sales progress.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain color & curl merchandising and store presentation per brand guidelines.
Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques to market.
Handle opening/closing procedures and occasional cash handling.
Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG culture and ethics.
