Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Color & Curl Concierge/CCS to drive color and curl sales, provide expert color consultations, and educate customers both in-store and virtually. You will build relationships, analyze market trends, and enhance brand awareness while maintaining store merchandising and premium customer experiences.

The role emphasizes ongoing education through guided learning and requires flexibility to travel to events and support multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• One year retail or sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist (US/Canada) preferred.
• Reliable transportation to service designated store.
• Willingness to travel to shows/meetings at least 3 times a year.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read sales reporting.
• Experience with POS systems and merchandising.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, and social media.
• Flexible hours and ability to work across stores.
• Strong communication and professional image.
• Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice.
• Communicate status of calls, orders, and follow-up plans across teams.
• Resolve customer questions in a timely, effective manner.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising and store displays per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques to market changes.
• Ensure accurate opening/closing procedures and cash handling when needed.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG culture values and ethics.
