Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hampton, VA is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance for repairs. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and processing paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs, providing guidance and assistance.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork; perform active customer deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
