Caliber Collision Lynchburg is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance to ensure smooth repairs. The role supports Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, photographing vehicles, organizing transportation, and preparing paperwork while upholding Caliber's standards.

You will deliver World Class service, work in a fast-paced production shop, and have opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Maintain clear, friendly communication with customers, teammates and vendors
