Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hampton is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, assess their needs, and respond with guidance. You will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation while maintaining clear communication with customers and team members.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing work (sales a plus) and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and respond promptly.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
