Job summary

You will review with customers, obtain approvals, and maintain timely vehicle status updates, delivering a seamless experience from intake to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Check vehicles in at drop-off and prepare final paperwork for delivery.
• Provide status updates and post-repair communications to customers.
• Perform related duties to ensure a world-class customer experience.
