Job summary

You will work in a busy shop environment, review final paperwork with customers, provide status updates, and ensure high-quality customer service from intake to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Estimate drive-in and walk-in repair needs and prepare repair plans.
• Review repairs with customers and obtain necessary approvals.
• Open DRP files and ensure compliance with DRP processes.
• Check in vehicles and handle final paperwork for delivery.
• Provide status updates and post-repair communications.
• Perform post-repair QC and test drives.
• Deliver completed vehicles to customers and maintain shop cleanliness.
