Job summary

Caliber Collision in Seneca, SC is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle intake, final paperwork, and post-repair communications. The role involves total loss administration and updating customers on vehicle status, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Requirements include 2+ years estimating experience, a valid Driver’s license, and a MV PD Appraisers License. Training and certifications such as I-CAR are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalise total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication.
• Provide customers with timely vehicle status updates.
