Job summary

Better Collision in Sumter, SC is hiring a full-time team member for a role in a fast-paced shop. Schedule drive-in and walk-in appointments, provide excellent customer service, and assist with preparing repair orders and documentation.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a starting wage of $19 per hour based on knowledge and skill. You will check vehicles at drop-off, prepare final paperwork, handle calls, and keep customers updated on vehicle status.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all drive-in appointments as well as walk-in customers
• High Level of Customer Service
• Assist Manager and Service Advisor with preparing repair order files, ensuring all documentation is correct and obtained
• Check in vehicle upon drop-off with customer
• Prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Handle all incoming calls
• Provide post-repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers
• Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring a world-class customer service experience
• Comply with all Better Collision safety rules, guidelines, and standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned include, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, assisting other teammates, etc.
