• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair plan communications
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers in compliance with Caliber safety rules
