Responsibilities

• Inspect damage to determine extent of body, structural, mechanical or interior damage.
• Prepare estimates to repair vehicle and explain process to customers.
• Communicate with customers' insurers to obtain repair authorization.
• Complete vehicle check-in with customer and explain timelines.
• Deliver vehicle after repair and perform final quality control inspection.
• Adhere to safety standards and perform related duties as assigned.
