Job summary

Texas Collision Centers in Bedford, TX is seeking a Service Advisor responsible for visually inspecting vehicles to determine repairs and preparing estimates. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine damage to determine extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Prepare estimates to repair vehicle.
• Explain repair process to customers.
• Communicate with customers' insurance regarding damages and obtain repair authorization.
• Complete vehicle check-in with customers.
• Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and updates to customers.
• Handle total loss process.
• Perform final quality control inspection.
• Upon completion, deliver vehicle to customer.
• Comply with TCC safety standards and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
