Job summary

Xclusive Auto Collision And Wraps in Paramount, CA is seeking an Estimator who will assess collision damage and customization requests, determine required repairs, and provide clear cost and time estimates to customers.

You will bridge customer needs with repair and customization teams, maintain accurate estimates and documentation, explain options, and follow up on approvals to keep schedules on track. Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking required.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn collision repair estimating, auto-body, painting or customization.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment on repair decisions.
• Clear, friendly communication to explain options and outcomes to customers.
• Organized handling of multiple estimates and scheduling with shop personnel.
• Familiarity with auto-body terminology and repair processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections for collision repair, paint, wrap/film, restorations or custom work.
• Assess damage and customization requirements — frame/body, paint, wrap, restoration.
• Prepare detailed written estimates including parts, labor, materials, and timelines.
• Discuss estimate details, options, and outcomes with customers.
• Coordinate approvals and scheduling with management and technicians.
• Maintain documentation of estimates, photos, authorizations, and job status.
• Follow up with customers for approvals or changes as needed.
