• Optimize and develop accurate repair estimates to enable the organization to achieve profit benchmarks
• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Provide estimates that support DRP partnerships and KPI goals
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide trusted service by reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers
• Greet customers by phone or in person
• Educate customers about collision repair, insurance claims information, processing, and payment procedures
