Job summary

Crash Champions in Merrimack, NH is seeking candidates for a program-driven role within our fast-growing collision repair network. You will learn to develop accurate repair estimates, educate customers on the repair process and insurance steps, and support our DRP partnerships to achieve KPI targets.

The role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to 7–9 months of program completion. Competitive benefits and a focus on People First are offered.

Qualifications

• Complete required training including CYOU and I-CAR.
• Complete tracker weekly through the end of Stage 2.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to meet KPI goals.
• Educating customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
• Providing all estimates to succeed in DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalizing total loss administration.
• Providing personal, trusted service by reviewing the repair process with customers.
