Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking program participants to learn the art of accurate repair estimation, customer education, and efficient DRP-aligned processes. You will gain hands-on experience in vehicle repair workflows, insurance coordination, and KPI-driven performance within a fast-growing MSO environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and proactive engagement with customers, with structured training including CYOU and I-CAR modules, and weekly progress tracking through Stage 2.

Qualifications

• Arrive every day, on time, ready to learn.
• Commit to 7-9 months for program completion.
• Attend calls and complete training including CYOU and I-CAR.
• Complete tracker weekly through Stage 2.
• Write as many estimates as possible.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educating customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Providing estimates to support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalizing total loss administration.
• Providing personal, trusted service by reviewing the repair process with customers, greeting them by phone or in person.
