Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator in a collision repair context.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and typical workflows.
• I-CAR or equivalent industry training history preferred.
• Familiarity with major insurance program protocols and documenting estimates correctly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain repairs to owners clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. A collision repair estimator appraises vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. Communicates with the vehicle owner to understand their concerns and needs as well as keeping them updated throughout the repair process.
