Quality Collision Group seeks an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. An estimator assesses vehicle damage and estimates repair costs for insurance claim settlements, while communicating with owners to address concerns and keep them updated throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator in a collision repair context.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and typical workflows.
• I-CAR or equivalent industry training history preferred.
• Familiarity with major insurance program protocols and documenting estimates correctly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain repairs to owners clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Work with insurance companies to manage claims for our customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience.
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimates.
