  • Proficiency with estimating platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex).

  • Ability to manage multiple repairs and deadlines simultaneously. Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
  • Write estimates using industry-standard software.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair processes.
  • Work directly with insurance companies to negotiate and finalize repair approvals.
  • Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed (supplements).
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures and parts usage.
  • Order parts and verify pricing/availability when required.
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and communications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle.
