Qualifications

• Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and ability to upload estimates/images.
• Prior experience as an estimator.
• I-CAR or other industry training history.
• Good oral and written skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of the automotive repair process.

Communicates with the vehicle owner to understand their concerns and needs as well as keeping them updated throughout the repair process.
