Job summary

Quality Collision Group in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. An estimator assesses vehicle damage to determine repair costs for insurance settlements and communicates with the vehicle owner to understand concerns while keeping them updated throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards accordingly
• Prior experience as an estimator
• I-Car or other industry training history
• Good oral and written skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Knowledge of the automotive repair process

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
• Work with insurance companies to manage the claims for our customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimates

Job Summary
