Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Ocala, FL is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify parts quality, manage MIS entries and coordinate with vendors while maintaining accurate records and supporting ongoing shop production.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3+ years in auto parts, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience; auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organization and problem solving.
• I-CAR working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, and dispatch parts for repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track parts by RO number.
• Communicate part requests to team and manage vendor relations.
• Maintain proper inventory control and cost-effective practices.
