Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Orlando, FL is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching auto body parts for repair orders. You will verify part quality and alignment with the production schedule while supporting teammates.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in auto parts, a High School Diploma, strong communication, and solid organizational skills; I-Car registration is preferred as you work with Summit,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organization under pressure.
• I-Car registration with goal toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Communicate all customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts via MIS and verify quality and quantity.
• Label, track and store parts by RO number with scheduled repairs.
• Process parts invoices; post and file promptly.
• Notify team of Parts Price Changes (PPI).
• Coordinate parts sourcing using tools like Car-part, Progi, APU, LKQ B2B.
