Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• CCC1 level advance understanding of repair processes and procedures.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-purpose duties across the collision center operations.
• Oversee risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
