Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document interactions, inform customers and insurers, and help ensure repairs align with KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRPs; minimum 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate with team members to meet repair planning and KPI goals.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy on-site.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend training sessions.
