Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Hudson, WI is seeking an Estimator to deliver excellent customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

You will document all customer interactions, communicate with insurance partners, and participate in daily team activities to support production goals. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
