Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating precise damage estimates and coordinating repairs, while updating customers and insurers throughout the process. You will guide customers through the repair journey and ensure alignment with the shop’s KPIs.

The role requires Progressive/Geico ARX experience, CCC knowledge, OE guidelines familiarity, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Must have Progressive or Geico ARX experience.
• CCC knowledge and experience required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs for customers and communicate with insurers.
• Document and update customers on repair progress and required parts.
• Ensure alignment with insurance programs and DRP requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support team members and contribute to health and safety meetings.
