Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to prepare damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and manage communications with customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage and document required repairs and parts while aligning with team efforts to meet KPIs.

The role requires 1+ year in estimating or collision repair, high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with DRP and OE guidelines. I-CAR training and Mitchell estimating experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in estimating or collision repair.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is required.

Responsabilités

• Create accurate vehicle estimates and damage appraisals.
• Coordinate repair needs and parts with the team.
• Communicate with customers and insurance throughout the repair process.
• Align with the team to meet KPIs of the facility.
