Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/advocate to guide clients through the repair journey. You will educate customers on the process, assist with insurance procedures, and manage repair estimates from initial to final approval.

Responsibilities include performing disassembly evaluations, preparing comprehensive estimates, and maintaining clear communication with customers about status and next steps. Experience with CCC One or other estimating tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills expected.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair throughout the process and ensures quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed and updated on vehicle status to deliver the best experience.
• Coordinate data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
