Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to educate clients on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights. You will complete initial estimates, then full estimates after disassembly, and manage each repair through QC until completion.

Responsibilities include keeping customers updated, reviewing data with body technicians, post-scanning tasks, and pre-closing repair orders with required paperwork and carrier compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and their rights.
• Complete initial and full-disassembly-based estimates; lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure QC quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
