Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-focused estimator to guide customers through the repair journey. You will complete initial and final estimates, coordinate with insurers and technicians, and keep customers informed at every stage of the process.

As a key liaison, you’ll review data, perform post-scanning checks, and ensure all carrier requirements are met. A fast-paced environment requires accuracy, organizational skill, and strong knowledge of major estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills.
• Organization and multi-tasking with good time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process while ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians and review data procedures, completing post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
