Job summary

Crash Champions in Pennsylvania is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Coordinator to educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and the repair process. You will complete initial estimates, finalize disassembly evaluations, and lock final estimates while guiding customers through each step.

In this role you will oversee repairs, perform in-process QC, coordinate with Body Technicians, review data, and ensure final paperwork meets carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and perform in-process QC to meet standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide a positive experience.
• Review data with body technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair order and ensure carrier requirements are met.
