Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers through the repair process.

The role requires experience with the CCC1 Estimating System and a high school diploma; ability to navigate DRP programs, communicate clearly, and support the team to achieve KPIs. Insurance compliance and daily production walks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System
• Basic computer skills and DRP familiarity
• Strong communication with customers and insurers

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details
• Guide customers through the repair process with accurate information
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend training and staff meetings as required
