Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with insurance companies. You will communicate with customers and insurers, align with the team to meet KPIs, and ensure efficient repair planning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving.
• DRP compliance with at least 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended.

Skills
