Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines
• Basic computer skills for estimating and documentation
• Awareness of where to look for answers and resources
• DRP compliance knowledge and experience preferred
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly
• Provide accurate, timely repair estimates and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team
• Support team members and uphold WOW Operating Way standards
• Maintain the store KPIs by maximizing performance
